Frizzled related proteins (FRPs) comprise a family of secreted molecules that contain an N-
terminal cysteine-rich domain (CRD) highly similar to the CRDs of the frizzled family of
membrane-anchored Wnt receptors. FRPs have been shown to interact with Wnt proteins
